Thank God for Xanax.It seems to me that 99.9% of the ppl I know,that go to AA or NA are totally against mind altering substances like xanax,even though the doctor finds a good enough reason to prescribe 100 -(1) MG pills.I take thenm as prescribed,and don't take them when I feel like I could use one.THis is where self xontrol comes in,and where I got this self-control....who knows?? I've never had it before.But my addiction was always uppers...never downers.But,I think this is helping.....no,I KNOW his is helping those daily thoughts of pending doom and gloom and poor me!
As the old saying goes.."Ohhhhh Poor me...poooooooR me....pour me another drink!!!! lol.....Well,I know that's not very funny,but it makes perfrect sense though....at least to ME it does.LOL

Thanks for your concern,Sarah and Letti.Most ppl say "Take a tylenol and stop whining"......but it's not that simple.My life has become very complicated right now...NO! I have LET my life get so complicated.....when I finally make the decision to leave Ray...something ALWAYS comes up.
Heck,I probably wouldn't need Xanax if Ray were gone....lol
