What a bummer.I am at the public library b/c my internet is not active at my new house yet...Ummm....I mean new/used house,that is.Your only given one hour to use the computer,and by the time I finished with my emailing,I only have 13 minutes left to blog and go nose around on my favorite peoples' blogs.uuGH! I feel like the nosey neighbor that lost her binoculars.
The move has been rough.I ache from my toes to the tip ends of my hair(exxageration).Trying to fit all my stuff into a smaller place is no easy task,that's for sure.Plus I need some manly stuff done,big time.Like,for instance: I can't recall who's blog I was reading when she talked about fixxing the toilet herself...but the main bathroom toilet is not working,and I spent forever trying to figure it out.I finally gave up,swooshed water down it,and tossed in some bleach to soak it till I can get some help.The last peckerwood that lived there took the 220 plugs and wires,so that has to be rewired so I can use my dryer.The washing machine is supposed tro be working.The chizzler is hooked up,but no water wants to come through.Hmmm...maybe that's why it hasn't been lived in since Nov.2005. ??
It has such a wonderful backyard.Yesterday,I got my morning coffee and went and sat out on my covered swing and looked out over the water,waiting for the ducks to come closer to the pier so I could go feed them some bread crumbs....but I guess they didn't hear me when I yelled for them to "come here duckie-duckie"! (not really).My only 2 neighbors are weekenders,or vacation houses,so it's just so peacful and serene out there.I just love it.Still lots to do to get finally settled in....I hope that's the reason my boss cut my hours back some,and not the other heffer's fault that runs to my boss about every knit-picking thing.I wonder if she knows that she has that brown on her nose when she is looking in the mirror?I should tell her to wipe it off,but I could run into more problems when I do.LOL
I sure hope everyone is doing OK.....I have only a few minutes left to check in on some peeps...so hugs to all.

Thanks for the update, glad to see you're all moved in, just need the time to settle now eh? The previous tenant took the plugs and wires?? How strange. I should count myself lucky that my previous tenants only took the curtains lol (and here was me thanking god that they left the lightbulbs behind, some take those as well lol)
Oh, and that was me fixing the toilet (I think you're referring to me), and that was after a couple of conflabs with my plumber mates, Jason and Steve lol.
Thanks for commenting on my site with the little time you had left! I tried to comment here earlier on Haloscan but for some reason my PC is having probs with that. Time to get Cameron on the job methinks lol.
