BACK 2 WORK..Yiippppeee (I THINK)

OKEE-DOKEE.The time has come.I have to admit...I will surely miss my freedom to do what I want to do when I want to do it,that is...when I'm not playing taxi driver for friends and family.Reminds me....Things like....,my aunt wakes me up with a SERIOUS DIRE EMERGENCY! and she says GET HERE QUICK!! So I throw on some joggers and grab my purse and burn-the-breeze over there....only to find out that her DVD player is not working properly! Soooo,ONCE again for the 100th time I have to show her how to press the INPUT button on the remote to flip it over to DVD.THAT'S just an example of all the emergencies people with no car tend to have.In aunt M.'s case...she's getting older and poor thing....she's sorta "running with one wheel in the sand".But it seems as though everyone has SOME type of emergency...and that's OKAY,cuz when I wrecked my KIA and was out of a ride for a while,it seemed like a whole new thing for me.I had forgotten what it was like to depend on others for a ride.
Nevertheless...I will STILL help all I can to get them to appointments and the store etc....but only if I can manage,now that I will be starting back to work.
In this time off...I was SUPPOSED to go ahead and get my neck surgery (from when I broke my neck flipping my KIA)....but I procrastinated ONE TOO MANY days....and now I'll have to go..."As IS"....like when u purchase a USED CAR-------> AS IS. ha ha ha I just have to be verrrry careful not to take a big jolt to the neck area,or fall or something,otherwise the talk we had at my last consultation w/ my surgeon was a bummer.He said there is no healing until the surgery...so if I fall or hurt my neck again,I will be in a wheelchair.OK,I WOULD have went in for the surgery...but I couldn't/wouldn't leave home and bills etc,to lay in the hospital for a while and come home and go through the suck-ee recovery process.In the meantime I spent my time and energy making money on the net,and basically just fluffing off.LOL(not funny,I know)....but hopefully I can get the surgery soon.But not now.
So whoop-eee...back to work I go,and I am thrilled.In the past I counted down the days till I got my vacation.NOW,I am soooo ready to go back to work.Back on a regular schedual,and not to mention lose the extra "pure-laziness-pounds"!LOL I can thank my internet book-writer for that! But I have a million more "thank you'zz" for him for keeping my ship afloat.I wish everyone could have a friend like my friend K.......He has been the light at the end of a long dark tunnel.But now,since I am "fairly" in good condition(LOL)...it's time to take the balls....oops...ball and run.(blushing)
As you can prolly' see,I've been blogging since 2002,and work never hindered my blogging.So I doubt working will slow down my internet rambling now.(giggle)
Gotta rush off to check on Letti,Stacy the Peanut Queen,Magpie/AKa...well,Mag,YOU know your "AKA",and if you don't get it back I might have to go on strike or something drastic to get it back.lol(hint hint)...of course before I sign off, I gotta nose into Cary,DJ Genocyde,Sarah,Memphis Steves....and all the other daily blogs I check.I click on my favorite of my favorites FIRST,and then go on to the rest of my faves.My life sometimes is not near as cool as others...but then I also like to lend an ear or a shoulder when needed.So herrrrre I come!! :-} Better close before your eyes start getting droopeee! ha ha
