LOST EMAIL'S

I keep spending a looooong time on an email,and in the middle of my 90 mile an hour (sucky) typing.....I SOMEHOW tend to hit a key that causes me to lose the entire page I was on making an email.It NEVER seems to do it when I type a one-or-two-liner email....it only does it when I've spilled my guts.LOL...Is there a way to retrieve my lost email? As useing the BACK button does nothing to get it back! I'm useing Firefox now,cuz the tabbed browsing REALLY is awesome...IE is okay,but Firefox has a 100 plus more cool features.....but isn't there some way to get my mail back?Guess I could fo to G4 and post...or ask my N.Y. genious....but I felt the need to blog it.Cuz if there isn't a way to get it back....how can I keep from throwing my computer in the floor???? :-{ LOL
