*THOUGHTS ON TANNING,AND CULTURE*

Well blow me down and call me shorty! I managed to turn pinkish,and then by tomorrow it will start looking tannish! Yippeee! Each time I moved the lamp to a different area of my body,I reset the timer,and Voila! I accomplished what I set out to do! If I turn pink,then pink over pink,and maybe another pink over THAT pink...BAM! I'll be running a close race w/ Ms. Coppertone!(okay!!...wait a sec...I really feel the need to pat myself on the back.)lol........Question: Has anybody clicked on my Malaysian friends' link(to the right of this page) in my favorites? I simply adore all of my faves,but I just recently stumbled across her link from Sara's/Jomarie's blog....and I really have to give her props(Sarah too).She gave up a medical career to come to the U.S.,and will be married soon....If you haven't clicked her link,you should.You'll find her blog is very interesting ,lots of eye candy too.It's great to read about different cultures and how open minded ppl can be when they come to another country.I have met some hispanic ppl that say that they are here in America,and could care less about learning the language.Well....as I always say "To each his own"...but I know if I move to Mexico,and THAT'S the primary language,I think I would definately wanna get some crash courses!lol.....Of course I have been w/ Mr.Tex-Mex(born in Texas and raised here)...if you talk to him on the phone,you would never guess he was hispanic.Shoot,he's only been to Mexico twice,years ago.Even his whole family is that way.Biolingual.....correct English,semi-correct spanish(or so the illegals have said) ha ha...Anyways,I like reading about how she has had to make various changes,that are extremely different in her country.I guess that's why I adore my Wales buds,and my Kuwait friend I've met thru blogspot.com.I find it pretty interesting how the other half of the world lives.I think I'll just spend my retirement days traveling....if I LIVE that long...lol...Am I rambling??....OKAY,guess I'll burn off now.Screw the diet,I got everything for a strawberry shortcake today!Yummmm.....Oh well,what's another 30 pounds? ha ha MOOOOOO~~~~~
