IF U HAVE A WEAK STOMACH...DON'T READ ANY FURTHER PLZZ

I'M SOOOO CONFUSED!!!Something is terribly wrong w/ my lil kitten.She’s off the Moms milk,but everything I feed her gives her the runs.Am I doing something wrong? I feed her Purina for kittens(dry)..tried kitten food in the can(no luck)..what can I do?

The smell is awful,and yellow & runny…also she doesn’t know how to cover it…the 2 kittens/cats I had before automatically covered their poop,I guess instinctively,and made hardened poop(for lack of better wording—-sorry)…I’m so scared she may have an intestinal problem…POOR ISABELLA!!
