Wouldn't it be nice to just jump in the car and GO-GO-GO? Just keep driving until I get to maybe...umm..Vegas or California....no,I know...I had a blast in Tennessee.Music Row is the coolest place to visit.I wanted to move to TN after spending the night there on my way driving from New Hampshire back to Texas.Stopped at a motel and spent the night in Nashville and the next day hung out on Music Row in and out of all the singers shops and a wax museum and..whoa! Those wax figures look so real it's freaky...I think I'll dig up those pics and post them of all the famous stuff I seen.Not to mention meeting George Jones' bus driver Pee-Wee at the Twitty Store.Then my oldest daughter,she was a kiddo then...we went to Loretta Lynn's place "Butcher Holler",and toured her house she moved out of and into a small 2 bedroom brick home so the public could see her mansion she raised her kiddo's at,then we road the simulated coal mine ride,which bored my daughter to pieces.She looked like me in the pictures to the right the whole day...since I'm a deep East Texan,of course we grew up on country music,and gospel country...so that trip is at the top of my "coolest places I've been"....I've been all over the states,but never out of the U.S.....Seems like everyone has been out of the country at least once in their life.I would love to be able to one day be able to do that gosh-darn.Well,anyways,the pictures are a tribute to what my weekends look like THESE days!lolI suppose I'm just a tad jealous that roomie flew to Los Angeles for the weekend w/ her Dentist boyfriend,and I'm left here to just pine away trying to decide whether to take up Bingo or knitting..lol(kidding).....No,seriously I've been lots of places...no huge complaints here...I am happy she's off having a ball w/ her honey.Wished I could have tagged along though,but of course 2's company and 3's a blast...??Or is it 3's a crowd?hahaha
Ahhh...just reminiscing(sp) a little back when I just decided one day to go somewhere one day and left the next day!Out of Texas,of course.lol

Well maybe I can take you on a little vacation next year sweetheart. Made it through my surgery even though I am sore as hell but still walking around. Anyway Vegas or nashville or somewhere else would love to take you somewhere where it would be just you and me sweetie. Talk to ya soon.
At least if you knit you can have something warm ... LOL Bingo can be messy you have to use those silly ink things that can get on you :)
I would love to do a little traveling also! Dentist boyfriend maybe need to look into one of those ... LOL
