BACK IN THE RUNNING

WHOA! That was a big nasty bump in the road....but voila'!The crazy chic is baaaack.
I can't tell you how much I miss you guys/gals! I used to blog to moreless dump all my frustrations,anger,happy stuff,crazy stuff....and I still do.But the thing is...I SO enjoy nosing all into everyone elses' life too,and keeping up with my buds that are down and out,went on an awesome trip(so I can sit here and wish it was me)....kidding,or just flat out read others blogs to be the online nosey neighbor.Anyways...I missed checking in on everyone,big time.Sometimes to enjoy a good laugh...learn something new from other cultures,or simply read others' lives to see how people handle certain situations.Especially w/ kids!Who by the way are causing me to pull out a few hairs this week!!
Oh,wow....I was just recently watching "THS Investigations" on the E Channel(I think it was),and they were talking about internet junkies,and I was like:"OH SNAP!HEY! That's MEEEEE!" Ohhhh screw! I guess I'm just doomed for a life ofcomputers in my face at any given time...day or night.What the hell,eh?I'd like to think it's much better than the exhausting habit I had some years back!! I just diverted all my attention from the wacky stuff----> to the computer screen.Of course there was a dry couple of years during prison and the short time I got out and didn't have a computer.Well,by-gosh-dog,at least the shit is legal is all I can say to rationalize this.(giggle)Ohhhh and MUCH MUCH cheaper than the old habit.Less people on my ass too,btw.Between kiddo's,work,computer,house stuff,fishing,scrapbooking and other various things....I manage to work my puter time in.Sometimes(USUALLY) skipping the other stuff :-]....Cept' the kiddo's of course.
Being as I think about it.....I can't imagine being high and sitting still in a chair long enough to care about what my distant friends are up to,how everyone is getting along,etc.All I cared about is the "getting of the drug....and the doing of the drug" Everything else came third,as my addiction came not only first but second as well.That was my love.
Now...yes now I have much love to spread around...ESPECIALLY since (halleluia) I am back online!So if I am a true computer addict.....please nobody intervene and try and help me. :-}
Ohhhhh it's so great to be back on my own computer, have my coffee right here,my computer chair,and access to the people that light up my day!!And I don't even need a lighter to do it.(a lil warped humor).
I discovered a new love.A love for the awesome people that sent me comments and emails' letting me know they/you are still hanging in here for me.That makes me feel "swell".(don't you love that 60's lingo)? Hot-to-trot,swell,groovy,far out,can u dig it?OKAY! So my mind is wandering.
I'm back in 2006 now,and once again...back on my baby!! (Hey slick....get your mind out of the gutter Walker)lol....I'm back on my computer baby.I think she needs some spring cleaning.Or has high speed just spoiled me for life? B/C I am on sloooooow speed,and I can click and fold clothes,go to the fridge,or clean house while pages are loading.I'm pretty savvy about stuff like Adaware,Spybot,Internet Options cleaning(cookies)...trash,and well....you know,the basic cleaning method,and getting rid of all the extra junk running in the background via the Startup List....but I just don't recall slow-speed being THIS gosh-darn slow.My computer is not even a year old yet....almost,and I have gotten rid of everything I don't use or need as far as software,etc...but until I get high speed again,I could sure use some advice on how to get my pages loaded faster.Any tips will be OHHH so appreciated.SKEET?If you are reading.....and I hope you are....I could use your expertise.
