BAD GIRL!

Shame on me! I haven't posted in a while.Not since I started this new job that I am pretty much FORCED to take (long story).The money is so-so,and the people are great.....but the fact that I am forced into this particular job urkks me.Urkks=burns my ass,btw.
But it's all good.I started out as a community service,help-type thing,and they wound up putting me on the payroll.(not the Autumn Trails thing below)lol....Different town,entirely different ordeal.
One thing that IS aggrivating me though (leave it to me to find a quirk,huh?) I work with several different people.Well,two of them are in some kind of power struggle to see who knows more about my job.One tells me to do something ONE way....another tells me to do it another,and I'm going back and forth trying to do both.Mind you,I only have ONE boss,but she's so busy,others love to take "control" when she's not there,and it's so annoying.Not enough for me to quit.But daaaaaang!So I just wind up doing it the easiest,most efficient way,and if that's not right,then I'll deal with the owner,who is my boss,btw.No chain of command in this job.
I wound up getting this spot at a really tough time.I had the opportunity to actually do some traveling and got bumped out of the saddle when I got the call.After the volunteer work,I was packed and ready when I got told she wanted me to stay and put me on the payroll.Boy was I surprised,because I didn't figure I was THAT much help....my mind was on traveling.
Oh snap! Time to get dressed for work.
