OK,enough with the pictures...just having fun with "HELLO".
It's July 4th and I'm ready to go back to the lake.Sunday I didn't get enough sun,so maybe I'll float out on my float and hopefully not fall asleep(losing my book I was reading) like I did last year and wound up waaaay across the lake,not knowing WHERE I wound up.I had to get on shore and walk back to my car! I was so mad.lol I tried to stay on the grass,as the pavement was freakin' hot as hxxxx,but I'm not a barefoot kind of person,so the grass was as bad as the pavement.I refused the rides that were offered (never can be too careful).But I'll have someone watch me in case I accidently snooze.It's just so come-fee,it's hard not to doze.My roomie is going and since scooty is scared of the water,he'll stay close to shore w/ her.....I don't guess his mother carries him swimming!

This reminds me of the time i went fishing out in the row boat and passed out only to wake up red as a lobster and 5 miles down stream.
I spend more time rowing than fishing that day.

Walker*We could have passed for twins with the sunburns I'll bet.There is a tan,a sunburn,and then there is FRIED to a CRISP.I got the latter,and I'll bet you got the same after waking up 5 miles down stream.I'm giggling,but when I REALLY remember that day...and the few days after,I shudder!! OUCH!! Break out the soothing cream(that lasts all of a2 minutes!)lol
sunburn? geez... last year I went to a nudist resort and promptly feel asleep. When I woke up I had th reddish buns in the world. I barely sat for days. lol
No chance of getting any sun here at the moment, we've had torrential rain for two days straight now, with no show of it letting up.
Hope you enjoyed your celebration holiday and didn't get burnt!

Lisa*Yup,went to the lake...and as luck would have it,it started RAINING!What a big huge bummer.I was feeling kind of yukky anyways,so we came home.Scooty boo-hoo'd cuz he wanted to play in the rain,but no dice.

Anyways..I just adore your screename.Good one!That's me this morning.Oh and luckily we didn't float away or suffer from severe sunburns,but I DID have to sit through YET ANOTHER viewing of "Madagascar".Great animated movie...but after a few dozen times seeing it.. Yawwwwnn...then Zzzzzz...Scooty practically has it memorized.
