TOO MUCH ACTION GOIN" ON ROUND HERE!

How can I keep this short.I'll do my best.My next door neighbor(and cousin by marriage lives w/ the nut) just went to jail.I feel sorry for my cuzz,but we all know that when you lay with dogs...you WILL get fleas.My whole neighborhood is so happy,more especially ME,that HE went to jail.Not my cuzzin.Of course her mother is glad b/c she thinks that my cuzzin is safer away from that psycho as well as the drugs.O.K. Ironically when I got this house,I realized that my nextdoor neighbor was a doper that my cuzzin recently moved in w/.He's been to prison,and THAT I DO NOT hold against him b/c everyone deserves a chance to act right once released and be accepted back in the community.Well,he chooses to stay on meth and weed and whatever else he can get high on.I notice sometimes at 3 and 4 a.m. the nut roaming his yard and the streets with a flashlight (skitzing) day and night actually.Plus the whole neighborhood hears them fighting loudly all thru the night all the time.A month or so ago,Alicia calls me saying Shane kicked her out,and can I give her a ride!So she proceeds to tell me she's only a few blocks away and begs me to take her somewhere safe.So I went there.I went inside this yukky house and look on the table and see not only weed,but a (I think) a sucrets or a Altoids can with powder in it.Unless the guy sitting in front of it crushes his Altoid breathe mints,my guess is it's dope! My legs began getting shaky as I've done my prison time for bullshit,and how could I be so stupid to even be inside a house like that.So, I said "Let's go...NOW Alicia" !!and before we could even get out the door,I hear something that sounds like someone SHOOTING a GUN thru the front door!Me,Alicia,and some stranger ran towards the back.My FIRST thought: A MAD PERSON SHOOTING THRU THE DOOR! NEXT THOUGHT:COPS!!!! Then all of a sudden I hear the door fall.Shane was kicking it in!He grabs Alicia by the hair slamming her all over that back kitchen,bites her lip half off,hits her like a man,knocks me in the face w/ his fist sending me across the room flying while he's dragging her out the door yelling "YOU WHORE!DON'T U KNOW I LOVE U Alicia"?The stranger ran like Forrest Gump I guess....well,as I am jumping in my car,the generous people across the street tell me they are calling 911,and so I head home praying they get the axxhxxe..But.,daaang,Shane gets there alone yelling next door to my house "U should never give my GF a ride youBxxxx,Wxxxx,and various other names"etc...after all that my tires got slashed(new ones).I SHOULD have filed charges.But the whole scene scared me.What next?My house gets burnt?Okay..Picking Alicia up at an obvious dopers house was a shocker,cuz she's always been the goodie-goodie,other than a history of bad choices in men.Wondering if my house would get burned while I'm gone etc...so I left it alone.Alicia went right back to that pshycho,and her parents won't even talk to her b/c she went back.Sad.Cuz she has NEVER been the druggie type.A hard working pretty single Mom that took excellent care of her 3 children....until she got w/ him.Then the kiddo's went to the fathers to live.That's simply NOT the Alicia we all knew and loved.
Well,when I first moved in,I gave them rides all over the place,money,food,the use of my cell and home phone.Sometimes I even left my cordless next door,as I have 3....but odd calls started coming at all hours of the night and I started noticing the obvious drug use.Being an ex-druggie,I'm like a police dog.I can sniff it out in a heartbeat.So I had to draw boundries.Changed my #'s and let it be known--->I'm invisible to them in a nice way.I felt sorry for them(at first) cuz they had no job.No ride.No food,no phone etc...But then I realized why and detached myself.Thank goodness.Well,the day B 4 yesterday the police (once again) surrounded the house.The 1st time I heard them yelling "Come out Shane,we JUST want to talk to you about a burglary".He(Shane)cracks the door open a tad and shoots them the bird and says "F'xxx OFF"!So they come back w/ a search warrant and kick in the door a few days later.They put Shane in the back seat of a king-cab police truck and cuffed Alicia and sat her down in the house.While all 8-10 officers were in the house doing a search,Shane(with cuffs on.mind u)goes over the front seat head first and so I RUN towards the truck arms extended to slam his head in the door as he is trying to escape!I didn't get there quick enuff so he runs and jumps the fence as I am yelling to the officers inside the house"HE'S RUNNING!"Otherwise he would have been in Mexico by now.He tears up police property as he is escaping,btw(another charge).So after they run after him and catch him,it took them about an hour to come out of the house w/ 2 huge sacks of drugs and paraphenalia.So what comes around goes around.His list of charges are:Burglary,escape,fleeing,paraphenalia,possession of drugs,and tearing up police property,plus the fact he's already been to prison.It's gona be a sad day in court.As for my cuzzin.I'm not sure what they have on her besides the burglary,being that it was HIS grandma's house that she let him live in.My hope is that he goes back to the pen and she can start over and be the Alicia that she's always been before Shane came along.
I never wish prison on ANYBODY...except the pervs and dangerous people.He fits both descriptions.I could go on and on talking about what we happen to see go on next door,but I've rambled enough.But people like him don't deserve to be free to roam the streets.
Do I feel worried he'll make bond and come after me for stopping his get-a-way? Not at all.My house will be wired with "Homeland Security" before/or IF he gets out.And if he wants a confrintation....I'm SO READY! Trash such as him that have no respect for others property,or will hit me or ANY other woman gets what he deserves.
Okee-dokee...I'm off my soap-box now.LOL
Lots to do today.Going to the doctor,and job-hunting....so as bad as I hate to admit it:vacation time is so OVER.Bummer. :-}
